freezing credit bureaus question

If I freeze my Credit bureaus will my fico still be able to report my scores and alerts etc.  If I need to do a dispute do I need to unfreeze and then pay to refreeze.  Thanks in advance for your wisdom

My Equifax is currently frozen and I still get Fico updates and I can still dispute items on my report. I froze it because its my lowest score and I wanted to force my Credit Union to pull Transunion. It worked
