I love this forum, it is the best. I have learned a lot.
Last year i had tough finacial troubles which cuased my fico to go to 501 . That was the end of the world for me. my chase bank cc was closed for nonpayment, and my FCNB was also closed for the same reason. i had settle for both at half the amount.
I didnt know about PFD nor GW when i settled. I sent out GW to both earlier this week.
Also I paid my other 3 credit cards to 0 balance.
I still use them but less then 10% max util, or pay before they report to the cra.
i have managed to get new cc amex both the delta and hilton
i have also increaced my fico to 641
