I live in NY when is this going to come off

If you are sure it is yours then "7 years" from Date of 1 st Delinquency: 07/2003.

I would try for a PFD.

Unless you want to have this til 2011.

I'm sorry but how can I do PFD I really want to have this thing off my credit report .  I'm ready to pay but I want to make sure they will take it off. Can you guys take the time to help me .

PLEASE read the Credit 101 thread- find the PFD (Pay for Delete) letter.

SOL in NY is 6 years.  CRTP is same everywhere.  drop date is set by the OC.

This looks like a hosp. bill. Is the hosp. reporting or a CA???

Im guessing here....although the hosp. can file suit, it stll must drop off CR 7-7.5 years from DOFD.

What year did this happen?

I think it hapened in 03 not sure and how can I find out if is the Hosp or the CA that  is reporting. By the way I just sent the PFD letter today to thecollection agency

If this is the name of the hospital...SE ACUTE CARE HALIFAX REGION  ...then they are the OC.....A CA has a name.
