hey

i havent received anything from Bay Area Credit Service...i sent a dv letter to them on july 21, 2007...and havent heard from them for over 30 days..what does this mean?
Bank of America Privacy Assist Premier
TU - 616
EX - 607
EQ - 600

Hope to be in 700's by the end of 2011

Send copy of the DV letter you sent and copy of Green Slip to the CRAs with another dispute letter and good things should happen for you. If the CRAs verify it as a response you'll have to MOV each CRA

yes what FICO said!!  I sent mine to EQ and EX  they took their time but deleted. It just appeared on TU so I will do the same.
