I filed bankruptcy and it was discharged in 2003. I owned a house also then, but I did not include it in my bankruptcy because I did a quick sale. I have the hud statements showing the house was sold, but the three credit reporting agencies are reporting the house in bankruptcy.How can I get this resolved.Please help, very desperate.
