how can experian add a credit

I have a credit card account with macy, it is showing into all credit bureau report expect experian. what can I do to have them add it. I is a positive account that I believed will increase my score.

Call the CC company and ask them to report to EX. Tell them it is showing up with the other 2 CRA's.

Starting Score: 583 EQ, 612 EX, 569 TU
Current Score: 658 EQ, 648 EX, 618 TU
Goal Score: 720 EQ, 720 EX, 720 TU

I agree with John just call the CC and have them report to that info to Experian.
