how to stop my cc accounts from closing by credit consolidate

I am using credit consolidation which has resulted on closing any account which is paid off can't change that now I am stuck my credit score is 583 have 5 cc with total of about 10,000$ owed with car loan how can I get revolving credit if open new account will hurt my credit? cc companies said if I fire credit consalidation company still because of agrement they have still will be closing accounts, I need get my score to 620+ to be approve for loan please help
