You didnt dispute the entry as ID theft did you?? If you did then you are required to send in any documentation supporting the claim such as a police report and bank documentation. I had some idiot get by checking account info and took out a payday loan over the internet. Disputed it and had to send off mounds of paperwork to the CA just to get it removed.
