is Being a AU on my dad's card helping or hurting?

He always pays his bills. His credit was in the 800's when I helped him refi last month.
The CL is 23K with only 300 dollar balance. I am an AU but I do not use or have access to the card.
Is this helping me due to the age,low util and no lates or is this hurting me?

I know that new rules are to come into affect where AU accounts to not factor into score calculations but for now it is showing up on my CR and is being used in calculating my various numbers i.e. available credit etc.

Should I have it removed or keep it?

I would say that it's helping you very well. You should use that "help" to obtain your own CCs, before the AU help goes away.
