I have reached the maturity date on my car loan..I spoke to a consumer rep last month and was told that I had 90 days to pay the final cost of $1200 before the loan is charged off. I call today to make a payment and was told that I did not have 90 days but 60 days and I was reported as 30 days late.
Will this report on my credit report and what can I do? I made the arrangement for the final payment in December which will make me 60 days late according to the rep. The rep was careful and indicated to me that I been late before so this do not matter
