medical collection question

I have a medical bill for $42 that went unnoticed because I have insurance and it was supposed to be covered.Should I just write a PFD letter and send the money or dispute it because I was not at fault.Your input is greatly appreciated : )

I disputed and reports came back ...it still remains! Does anybody know what steps I should take now?

you can try a PFD or contact your insurance company if they are the ones covering that.
