will alerts still come thru on a frozen TU?

Doesn't seem like there are many alerts coming through for anyone for  EX and TU using the 3 bureau monitoring product. I would advise anyone thinking about subscribing to that product to go look at the product feedback forum because it seems it is still quite buggy.

Thats what my issue is and they wont cancel it now cause they say I am locked in for three months, called a bunch of times and they wont do anything so I am stuck I guess.

If it doesn't start working soon as advertised I'm going to dispute the charges through my CC.  It's unacceptable to rollout a product as functional that is anything but.

But then they will just take you to collections... So its not worth it. I guess I will just have to wait. Has anyone successfully filed a dispute and won?
