myFICO vs. credit union report

Why is it that myFICO scores are considered more accurate than pulling the score from the actual credit union site? Thanks Smiley Tongue

Re: myFICO vs. credit union report

myFICO.com scores are considered to be true FICO scores, however your CU should be pulling the same type of scores.  Websites like TrueCredit give you what are referred to as FAKO scores, which use a different scoring model than creditors use.

My local Credit Union pulls EQ only
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid
