My fico score from a loan officer 2 months ago was little over 580 equifax and I got my new fico score today off this site myfico.com and it was a 632 I need a minimum of 620 for a loan and I have done tons of stuff to improve my credit like secured credit card, Paid off all delinquent accts and before I have her re-pull my scores I want to make sure these are accurate or at least pretty close

Do you mean the TU score sold here? Yes it's the Classic TU98 version which is an older version but still used by some lenders.

FYI: Most mortgage lenders pull TU-04, not the TU-98 sold on this site. There are a few, but they are vastly outnumbered by TU-04 pullers. KFD pulls TU-04.

Just a reminder, with a mortgage they will yuse your middle score IE not the highest or the lowest you receive
