sorry guys i should have put this in one post anthor FYI, I app for the nav check 6/22 all the paperwork came today 6/26 that was quick. you have the option of mailing or faxing that back i chose to fax it back. wondering how long it takes to become active.

I think it only took a couple of days for minde.  But with that said.... it seemed like about 3 years
