pfd letter for judgement

I have a judgement on my credit report from april2007 I have contacted the oc and they state that if I pay them in full they will contact the courthouse and have the judgement removed can someone please give me an example of a pfd letter that I can have them sign I do not question the validity of this debt I know it is mine  Does the OC have the authority to have a judgement removed

I disputed judgement with CRA's asking for gw to delete and they did.  Not reporting on any CRAs.  Got paperwork from TU today, civil judgement gone baby!!!!!!!!

Can you show a copy of the letter? DId all 3 delete?

Myhearts letter is in this thread.  I tweaked to suit my issue and faxed to TU and EQ.  I'll let you know.
