pfd

Hello everyone,
I sent out a pfd on a collection about 3 weeks ago, and haven't heard anything from them.  What should my next step be?  Any advice would be appreciated.  I disputed with the credit bureaus, and they are saying it was verified, and so it remains.

If you are not going to continute to dispute and accept the answer, I'd give it a few more weeks and then repeat the PFD offer if still no response.
