public records

I have aprox 9 public records on my credit report that are nearly 10 years old ( tax levies) they are all satisfied and show no balance owed. my current credit scores are 646, 652 and 656. I had a score of Zero 18 months ago. how long are the public records going to remain on my report and how badly are they hurting my score? I have not had ANY bad credit in the last 18 months and have 2 credit cards with near zero balance and a car loan that is 8 months old. alsol carried another car loan for 12 months with no lates and traded it in on my latest car.

Re: public records

If I read you correctly they will drop off 7 years after the date they were satisfied.
