Looking over my report, there is an "Experian Fraud Shield" that discloses my current address as "non-residential" and lists my landlord's name and phone number. What is this about and is it anything to concern myself with?

I think that's different from a FA. It probably got placed because you app'd for credit using that address, as did your landlord at some point in time. Maybe he's in the Experian biz report through that address which led to that?
If you were able to app using EX, like a mortgage, and you didn't have to jump through verification hoops, then you are good to go.
