"Mortgage" Credit Scores

Are the following FICO scores really the ones generally used by mortgage lenders?

Experian 2- 700

TU 04- 689

Equifax 5- 682

I'm curious before going to the lender for a hard pull.  My FICO 8 scores are definitely lower that that

Experian FICO 8- 659

TU FICO 8- 627

Equifax FICO8- 644

Just looking for some guidance and I thank you!

Re: "Mortgage" Credit Scores

It depends on where you purchased the mortgage scores. If you purchased them here at MyFICO then yes, the mortgage scores are accurate as of the exact time that they were pulled. Credit scores, mortgage scores included, can change and do change several times a month.

You need to read these forums as to how you can groom your scores to maximize your scores before applying for a mortgage.

You should have one of your credit cards reporting less than 10% of its credit line and all other cards reporting $0. Do not pay all your cards to $0 or you will lose points.

Starting Score: EQ 653 6/21/12
Current Score: EQ 817 3/10/20 - EX 820 3/13/20 - TU 825 3/03/20
