repeat GW letters

Sent a gw letter to collection agency.  They will not remove $221 medical collection pif 21/2 years ago.  I have heard that I should send a new request letter every day and keep track of the 30 day time frame they have to respond.   Eventually, they will not respond in a timely manner and the collection will have to be removed.  Does this work or is it not worth my time to play this game?  Thanks

Incorrect information. A CA is under no responsibility to respond to a GW letter. It is solely at their discretion if they will remove it or not.

You can try finding the CEO's name for the CA and e-mailing him or perhaps try to go through PFB (doubt if they are listed though). You can also try disputing the TL with each CRA that it is listed on.
