truecredit

Hi, I have a question regarding my credit scores. My scores on truecredit are in the late 600's, ~55th percentile. What FICO does this translate into?

Re: truecredit

No way of knowing.  There are people on here who say their TC score is way higher than their FICO scores.  Mine was 70 points lower than my FICO score.

Do not try to compare, because it will only make you more confused.

Re: truecredit

Thanks John. I see. How does one get true FICO score (is there somewhere I can see these for free without giving them my cc info?)

Re: truecredit

The only place to get the true scores is here on myFICO.  I am afraid that you will have to give your CC or Debit Card info to them.  You can call cust. service to see if there is any other options.

Make sure to Google for discount codes.  I use one that gives 20% off.

Re: truecredit

I have found that Truecredit's FACO scores are usually a bit higher for me.  For instance

as of 10/19/07

                             FACO              FICO
Transunion            745                  674
Experian                 635                 663
Equifax                   624                  642             (It finally moved, was stuck on 603 for months)

Differant people get differant things but it would be interesting to see what makes the differance.  As of today it's the first time that my FICO score was higher than my FACO score.

Re: truecredit

Interesting. See my other thread. I have a similar weird lack of correlation.

freecreditreport.com (I think that's what it's called) lets you pull all 3 CR's one time in a year at no charge. But no scores come with them(That's an additional $7.95)
