tu dispute?

i am disputing some cap one lates, so far ex removed but tu may have verified.

i pull creditchecktotal reprot and it shows on eq as;

CONSUMER DISPUTES - REINVESTIGATION IN PROGRESS
CREDIT CARD

however tu shows as;

Account information disputed by consumer

so do both of these statements indicate the investigation continues, or has tu verified and just put a note on the entry?

Any tiem a reinvestigation is in "PROGESS" IT MEANS THE INVESTIGATION IS STILL GOING ON. They ahve 30 days from the time they recieved your dispute.

right they signed for it the 23 and 24 of last month. i was just wondering because tu says Account information disputed by consumer. it doesn't say investigation in progress like eq.

TU in my opinion has been the worst at correcting information. I have had to dispute numerous items with them in the past, and I have not been very successful with them, but have been with EX and EQ.
