i disputed some payment showing up as late from 2009 (not really late as wells fargo agreed to defer them and not report them..but they did...)

??????? does this mean they detelted the late payments? why does it still show in the copy they just sent over as still late?

They should of included the new updated report that showed those lates not there anymore. You should call them.
tried calling them and there seem to be no human operators...does anyone have a phone number for a live operator? Seems they will only talk to you if you pay them...
Is there an option to choose Spanish at any point? A lot of times that will get you to an actual person...who also can speak English.
