Do they pull another report when you send the reconsideration letter?

Depends.. But it is common for many creditors to do so.

haha, no, it is. I opened that to close one of the "starter" cards that I had that had Annual fees & partcip fees (Gotta start somewhere...)

I fully understand.. I have 2 in queue to be cancelled before AFs hit and Amex is next on the list myself!  Smiley Happy

Yeah, I made a mistake of going with First Premier.. haha, when I called to cancel, they pretty much stated they were a "starter/rebuilding" card and the fees stayed and they even offered to close my account for me. I didn't even get to ask them, they offered, ha..
