If i apllied for a personal loan via a bank, and i get denied what will show on my report just a inqurie?

i ask because i am tring to apply for a little loan about 8-10 thousand to pay off other acct and things.

my fico scores are EQ 720 -- TU (with 1 neg)  580 -- EX unknown at this time BUT there are 2 negs.

both NEGS  are do to fall off as of 8/07 and 11/07  i know if i wait it will rasie my credit but i was hoping to get it b4 summer...

any advise would be great from any of you ppls in here..

From a financial standpoint ... and excuse me if you've already worked this out ...  don't take the loan unless the interest rate is lower than all the rates on the debts you'd be paying off.
