14 Month old 60 day late on Student Loan, FHA qualifications?

In December 2008, I had a 60 day late post to my credit bureau.  It was for 2 student loans (same lender; one payment is made to both accounts so both accounts got hit with the the late).  I can generally explain this as difficulty with the website for online payments at the time the 60th day past, and perhaps some bad advice from their customer service dept.

Currently, I have a credit score of 640 and immediately paid off my car and a credit card (which have not hit my score yet).  I am wondering if even with a score of 640 and soon to go higher, if my 60 day late 14 months ago will post problems on my FHA loan qualifications.

Of course it is a problem. But problems can be overcome.

This is more than 12 months behind you, most lenders will work with that.
