it sounds like the bill is still being written. it probably could take months and several revisions until actually being voted on.  but this is interesting to say the least.

15k would be great, but I don't see it happening.  Especially is way more people can get it.  It could cause more of the same problems we have now.

I'm not sure it's worth the wait with the way rates have climbed recently.

I doubt it'll pass...I'll take my $8000 and 4.5% rather than waiting to see if it passes and risking mucvh higher rates!
