1st Continental Morgage

Has anyone every used 1st Continental morgage or even heard of them? I did apply for a loan in last fall and they sent me a pre-approval letter, but it seems like they're not consistant and when I asked them about approval in March, they refer me to a credit repair service, but there were no major changes on my report between that time. Now my scores are up a little, I'm wondering if i should go back to them.

Tough to answer..... I don't like to rip the competition for no reason.... or unless they give me reason.

The 'shop' is only as good as the loan officer. <= I think that says it all.
