Has anyone been approved or processed a usda guaranteed loan this year in Florida? If so, can you please give me a step by step example of process? I would really appreciate it.
I was told usda Florida now requires a complete application, which includes home purchase agreement, appraisal, etc.. before they will say yes or no to the guarantee. Just doesn't make since that they would need a complete application first. What if they don't guarantee? My middle score is 636, I qualify under income and house is in eligible area. I heard they use to let you request reserve of funds, then they would say yes or no, and if yes you have 60 days to complete application but not anymore.
