We live in Lake Charles, La. and I can't find any lenders for the FHA 203(k) mortgage. Does anyone know who, or where I can go to get this loan.I would like to buy my siblings portion of our childhood home. It will need ALOT of repair to get it up to our standards, but, our mortgage would still be well under $100,000. Any one PLEASE HELP. We would like some of that $8000 first time buyers tax credit. Our income is around 200k and we were approved for a conventional FHA last June.
