Wow.....this afternoon is popular for signing.  I got the call today and I sign at 3:00 PM Pacific time!!  Turns out I am to bring approx. $5 to the table and yes, they will take a personal check.  LOL

How did it go?

It went just fine, thanks for asking!  My LO and Realtor were both there and it took about an hour.  The only bad part is that unlike HGTV you have to wait for your keys in Washington, so I am supposed to get them tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest.  The main move will happen this coming Saturday and I have next week off for vacation.  A whole week to putter around in my new place and get things settled the way I want them.  This is gonna be so very nice!!!
