just got locked w/ a middle 735 score @ 3.25% and 59/mo PMI w/ 5% down on a 10yr fixed conventional. Just thought I would share for those of you that might have an account with them or live in Austin and are in the market. The biggest influence to begin with was the PMI being half or more less than other lenders I had looked into.
