3 Lates past 12 Months, what are my chances?

I did 11 years enlisted before going over to the dark side, lol! PCSing won't be an issue for me as I'm full-time guard (did 6 active though), but I'm a firm believer (like many) Hawaii will end up with even higher home prices within the next 10 years.

Not to jack my own thread... Any body got an idea how harsh the desktop underwriter software will be on me with this sprinkle of 30 day lates across my 7 year history?

Starting Score (Feb 2014): EXP:583 EQ: 585 TU: 610
Current Score (5/1/2014): EXP:707 EQ:681 TU:671(All Fico)
Goal Score: 725 (all three)

So gave it a shot today, got a "Refer", Damn! That's at least better than a "Refer with caution" right?

Also, I was quite surprise with the difference in Credit Score:

I Refreshed my MyFICO credit report and my score was exactly the same as below in my Sig on 5/1/14.

EX 707, EQ 681, TU 671.

Equifax Mortgage Solutions Showed:

EX 634, EQ 637, TU 675.

Oh well, guess I'm going to work towards manual underwriting.
