I agree with jlynn!  It is frustrating enough without having to wait for a seller to respond to a reasonable offer. 

 

I also agree that usually you end up with a better deal by moving on to the next house....just like you did!  Congrats Scupra! Sounds like things are going your way now Smiley Tongue

So the seller countered back at $205k w/ 2% fee's, W/D and appliances included. The only thing they asked is that we close by 11/25

We accepted and will be scheduling an inspection tomorrow! I have given our loan officer all doc's so hopefully it runs smoothly. We were downgraded from auto to manual UW because my employer does her own payroll. Our DTI is at about 40% so we are below where they want and only need to show one month reserves, although I already sent a statement for three months reserves to be ahead of the game.
