Tomorrow we hope to get pre-approved for a first time home buyer mortgage with Chase Bank. Today, our credit union pulled our scores and they were 5 points away from being approved. Chase has agreed to pre-approve us using the scores from the credit union. The LO from Chase said she couldn't tell us what the FICO requirements are , for they look at the whole picture. Does anyone have experience with this bank and this type of program? Thanks
