Thansk everyone for responses! We have started working with another real estate agent who seems to have our best interest at heart. As for the LO we haven't gotten the loan package yet that is supposed to include several loan options & gfe's. I sent email yesterday that we have all additional documents ready and when we can come by the office and go over the loan package, no response yet. I called and the assistant is out of the office today so I guess it will be next week.
