619 Mid Score Is Verification of Rent required?

Hey, 

I have a mid score of 619. My debt to income ratio is at 42% but I do not have a rent history (last time I rented was 10 years ago). Do I need a verification of rent to get approved? 

I am putting $140,000 down payment for a house that is 225,000. So my loan will be about 90,000 to 100,000.

i have 2 programs below 640

600 - 619

620 - 639

both require rent verif

these are custom inhouse programs we sell direct to ginnie mae and service...... we dont sell them.

not sure what the competition is doing but i BET they verify rent too
