I have a high credit score (705), but also have a high DTI ratio (57%) how can I still get a low interest home loan for a first time homebuyer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did you do any % down to get that rate? If less than 20% what did they charge for PMI? I have seen loans with lower rates but the PMI is almost double.
