7500.00 Tax Credit (loan) and the 7000.00 Foreclosure Credit
I purchased an REO property in 8/2008. The property foreclosed 5/2008. I'm a first time home owner and know I'm eligible for the 7500.0 credit (loan), but does anyone know about this 7000.00 Tax Credit for purchasing a foreclosure.

Yes, it does not exist. That credit you've read about regarding buying a home in foreclosure was a proposal that never got out of Senate committee last Spring.
