I believe this would still qualify (if you qualify). Will this be a Contract for Deed, or...if the house is free and clear...will the house be deeded to you with the seller carrying a 1st mortgage?
You will definitely need a lawyer for this...(and, that means your own lawyer...not the seller's lawyer).
