$8000 for closing costs?

Hey guys how exactly does this work?  I'd like to use it for my closing costs, but my broker hasn't mentioned this.  How can I ask her about it and what steps do I need to take to receive the credit for closing.  Thanks!

What type of mortgage (FHA or conventional) are you qualifying for?
