I closed on our house about 4 months ago and just now the mortgage is showing on our report.
Does having a mortgage a bad or good thing? How does creditors look at your report when they see u have a mortgage?
Im thinking of asking for an increase on one of my credit cards, does having a mortgage on my report mess up my request?
