Quick question for you tooleman, did you get any sort of "Conditional Loan "Approval" letter from the lender, or what is your current status? How/when did you know you are approved.

I had a Conditional approval, it said I needed to get a dispute status removed off a collection account and that I can't close till April. It was in an email, didnt need to sign.
