Received notification about 30 minutes ago that my loan is approved! All I need to provide prior to closing is a copy of a March pay stub but that is it. My closing date was March 29th and has now been moved up to March 18th.
Really need to thank everyone who has posted questions, experiences and expectations. If anyoine read my "switched lenders" post, I was going on a hunch and that hunch has completely paid off.
Now I only have to worry for 2 more weeks until I have the keys in hand!
