Super excited but nervous! We have to close in 1 week and we are waiting on the FHA appraisal re-inspection to come back okay before getting us clear to close.
My Loan processor is saying my clear to close will be provided 4/15/15 and we are set to close on 4/17/15 isnt that abit too late ? i have sent /met all conditions listed as well as condtions created after meeting first set of conditions.
is that normal?
I don't know thats this is unusual, sometimes the clear comes late due to inspections and prior to funding docs. As long as you have the mortgage commitment, you should be fine.
