We are scheduled for Tuesday. But, my LO wanted us to wire the funds a day or two early in case there were issues.

My DH and I were talking earlier.....we have no more excitement. We just want our keys.

When I told my DH that we were closing on Tuesday, he said "I'll believe it when I'm done signing". lol.

After 30 days in a hotel, 18 nexium pills, 3 crying kids, one underwriter, and a partridge in a pear tree, we got our Clear To Close! our closing date is 7 April, just as scheduled!

My Loan processor is saying my clear to close will be provided  4/15/15 and we are set to close on 4/17/15 isnt that abit too late ? i have sent  /met all conditions listed as well as condtions created after meeting first set of conditions.

is that normal?

Congrats frugalQ!!! Because of you and other people like you on this forum we closed March 27th.

I don't know thats this is unusual, sometimes the clear comes late due to inspections and prior to funding docs. As long as you have the mortgage commitment, you should be fine.
