AU -active line of credit?

I read today that I order to get an FHA loan, you're supposed to have 2 active lines of credit. My husband has more than 2 credit cards, all in good standing. I have one credit card I use often and pay on time, in full, every month, and I am an AU on one of his cards. Will this satisfy the 2 lines of credit requirement for the loan? We also have a long rental history, cell phones, utilities, etc - but those obviously dont show up on my credit report...is this going to create a problem when applying for the loan?

The best thing to do is ask the mortgage lender. As a general rule of thumb creditors want to see payment history from you. It is very possible that an authorized user account my not work.
