Anybody here ever heard of these guys? I got a letter from them today saying I was prequalified for a mortgage refi of my FHA loan. They have an impressive website at accessnationalonline dot com
I am just leery of something I get in the mail, and which sounds too good to be true. They say they can do a streamlined FHA refi for me with no new appraisal, and some kind of faster closing, etc. No "re-qualifying".
I wanted to refi our 6.5 15 yr fixed down to whatever the best rate is right now (for 15 yr fixed), but hate the hassle the process is. The appraisal is probably the most stressful part for me. We have an old farm home, on 10 acres and they are always trying to low ball our property. We have no real comps to go by since our neighbors are all farmers and no one has bought or sold in this area in YEARS. Probably since we bought here in 1995. I am serious!
So, if anyone has heard of these guys, please comment.
