To dovetail on what Kree said, if your mortgage lender pulled your scores and then ten minutes later you purchased your mortgage scores at myFICO, they would almost certainly be exactly the same. That's because there would be almost zero chance that anything changed on your reports in those ten minutes.
But if the two pulls were done ten days apart, then all kinds of stuff could have changed (CC balances, etc.) and therefore the two sets of scores could look different.
