Is the DTI's that you guys posting just mortgage or total DTI including all other payments not just new mortgage?

DTI is calulated with all credit obligations-
Closed!!!! 6.375 on a FHA 203(k) loan!
I'll be closing on March 10th. 5.5% FHA with a DTI of 44%. This was figured using just my income, credit and car loans on a 229k Mortgage. If we used my wifes info (which we did not do to low credit scores)....the DTI would have been closer to 20% so maybe that would have been considered in underwriting?
